How can I create an account or become a customer?

You can easily apply for a business account via our website. After your details have been verified, your account will be activated. We only supply to business customers with a Chamber of Commerce registration number.

How quickly do you deliver?

Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. If it is a parcel shipment, it will also be dispatched the same day. If it is shipped on a pallet, it will be collected from us on the next working day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Do your products come with the correct documentation?

Our products include instructions for use in the language of the destination country and, when required, a CE marking, technical data sheet, MSDS, and any applicable test reports. A large number of these documents can be downloaded directly from our website.

Do you also deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship orders worldwide. Please contact us for international shipping rates and delivery times.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders with a value below €275.00 excluding VAT, we charge €7.95 excluding VAT for shipping and packaging. For orders above €275.00, we aim to ship free of charge whenever possible, although some shipments may require a customer contribution. We will always communicate this in advance.

Can you provide special packaging or branding?

Yes, we offer options such as white labeling, custom branding, and bulk packaging.

What about warranty on your products?

We offer a standard manufacturer’s warranty on all our products. The warranty period varies by product type. In the event of defects or problems, we will assist you quickly.
